‘Our finely balanced menus have been years in the making to showcase authentic ingredients from the countries they originate and elevate them to create unique flavour combinations.

Our primary goal is to offer a distinctive and memorable experience true to our vision. As such, there are limitations to the degree of modifications we will offer. We will, with advance notice happily adapt the menu for pescatarians and vegetarians. Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of our menus we are unable to cater for vegans.

Menu 1

Amuse bouche

Crayfish, crab bon bon, laksa sauce

Oyster mushrooms with miso gravy and seaweed

Marinaded beef shin, wasabi, massaman sauce

Pre dessert

Cardamon dark chocolate, pandan cake, salted caramel, pistachio

Menu 2

Amuse bouche

King prawn puri, coconut sambal, coriander and mint oil, saffron yoghurt

Pork loin, fennel, Thai green sauce

Satay scallops, radishes, wonton noodles

Pre dessert

Mango, passionfruit, textures of chocolate, oat and honey crumble, spiced syrup, citrus jelly

Amuse bouche

Chicken satay, chilli oil, crispy onions, Thai salad

Medu Vada, sambal, coconut chutney, coriander

Salmon,crispy noodles, pickles , coconut & yuzu sauce

Pre dessert

Lemon parfait, lemongrass jelly, lemon sorbet, butterscotch, candied ginger
