Coconut Cuisine was formed in Matlock in 2012 by head chef Shaun and his wife along with their dedicated and talented team.

After spending many years travelling and living in Southeast Asia and sampling some of the finest and authentic food this part of the world has to offer, Shaun then spent time honing his skills and undertaking courses specialising in food from Thailand, Malaysia, China and Indonesia.

 Coconut Cuisine was initially established to provide catering at food fairs, weddings and corporate functions throughout the Midlands and then branched out into fine dining at holiday homes in Derbyshire.

After several years of continuously striving for excellence and creating new original dishes our vision is to provide you with a truly unique and unforgettable tasting experience.
